Superior Paddle - Molded PTFE / 304SS Insert Line Blocker
Superior Paddle and Tuff-A-Lone Paddle are PPM's product lines for a molded PTFE / 304SS insert line blocker. Both are made with 100% virgin PTFE totally encapsulating a stainless steel reinforcement disk. A perforated stainless steel disk is used to reinforce Superior Paddle, which is the industry standard practice. Polymer Products Mfg. uses a thicker disk (22 gauge versus 24 gauge) to ensure better reliability and improve safety.
Tuff-A-Lone Line Blockers
Polymer Products Mfg. recently pioneered a unique process to reinforce its line blockers with a solid unperforated thick stainless disk, thus creating the toughest line blockers available, Tuff-A-Lone. As with Superior Paddle, Tuff-A-Lone Paddles are are made with quality 100% virgin PTFE resin molded around the reinforcement disk. Disk thickness from 0.030” to 0.093” can be used to meet our customer's toughest applications. Tuff-A-Lone can also be used as an orifice restrictor by drilling an appropriately sized thru-hole.
All Paddles are provided with a 4" handle with hole for mounting of a grounding strap.
