Polymer Products Manufacturing (PPM) is a family-owned and operated manufacturing company located in the Houston, TX area. Since its establishment in 1995, PPM has proudly manufactured high quality reinforced PTFE gaskets, line blockers, and other specialized PTFE products used in a variety of industries. 

All of our products are manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE resin, and molded around a perforated 304 stainless steel ring.  This reinforcement solves the main downside of PTFE as a sealing material - its tendency to creep and cold flow during operation.  By solving this problem, our products greatly increases the lifespan of the gasket and the time between gasket change-out.

PPM’s advanced processing techniques include in-house fabricated systems and equipment to reduce operator error and guarantee repeatability of our high quality products. Our manufacturing environment reduces contamination and renders the product ideal in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Quality control inspection is standard on every single gasket.
